It helps individuals ages 18–64 who receive:
Social Security Disability Insurance
Transition into the workforce with guidance, support, and resources.
When you enroll, you receive a “Ticket” that connects you with approved providers called Employment Networks (ENs).
They help you with:
Job training
Career counseling
Resume building
Job placement support
Ongoing employment guidance
